The Beekeeper's Story

Some Honey is rooted in Southwestern Wisconsin and built on a foundation of sustainability and care for the land. It operates as the retail consumer line of Pure Sweet Honey, whose origins began with a passion for beekeeping and a commitment to vertically integrated honey production. In 2023, Pure Sweet Honey and Some Honey were acquired by ICI Foods, a Virginia-based food ingredient supplier and distributor. The production facility at 514 Commerce Pkwy in Verona, WI is SQF-certified, Non-GMO Project verified, USDA Organic certified, and Kosher certified. Some Honey's lineup includes classic varieties like clover and wildflower as well as specialty flavors like buckwheat, cranberry, mesquite, orange, and a newer chili-infused hot honey.
