The Beekeeper's Story

The Iowa Honey Producers Association has been helping fellow beekeepers since 1912, making it one of the longest-running beekeeping associations in the Midwest. Its mission is to promote beekeeping through education, public outreach, conferences, and social media, and it serves hobbyists, commercial beekeepers, and aspiring beekeepers alike. The association offers programs such as summer field days, scholarships for young beekeepers, a Honey Queen Program, and maintains a presence at the Iowa State Fair.
