The Beekeeper's Story

Hani Honey Company was founded by Jennifer and her husband Chris, who are registered Commercial Beekeepers and Queen Breeders in the state of Florida. Jennifer is a UFIFAS Master Beekeeper, UFIFAS Senior Welsh Honey Judge, and current President of the Florida State Beekeepers Association, bringing deep expertise and community leadership to the brand. The company moves its hives across Martin, St. Lucie, and Palm Beach counties to expose bees to fresh forage, and takes pride in using no chemical treatments on their bees. Beyond honey production, Hani Honey Company operates a brick-and-mortar café and meadery at 724 S Colorado Ave in Stuart — Martin County's first licensed winery and meadery — offering bubble tea, mead flights, coffee, salads, and local art. They sell products online, offer beekeeping lessons and bee removal services, and are active participants in honey shows, University of Florida Bee Colleges, and beekeeping education outreach.
