Under The Sun Honey is a raw, unfiltered honey brand produced by Grace Apiaries LLC, a regenerative honeybee farm based in Arcade, New York. The bees are non-migratory and kept in the wildflower fields of New York's Allegheny Mountain foothills, with honey harvested and packed directly by the beekeepers without processing or additives. The brand is certified under the New York State Grown & Certified program and Certified Naturally Grown.

The Beekeeper's Story

Founded by Michael Piatek, Under The Sun Honey grew out of a deep love for nature and bees that led him to the Allegheny Mountain foothills, where he began beekeeping in 2008. Grace Apiaries LLC, the producing farm, was formally incorporated in New York in 2018. The farm operates on a regenerative, sustainable model: bees are non-migratory, pesticide-free, antibiotic-free, and HFCS-free, living year-round in full sun and drinking from clean mountain springs. The honey is harvested as surplus only, preserving the bees' health, and is bottled raw and unfiltered to maintain its superfood properties. Under The Sun Honey was accepted into the New York State Grown and Certified program on October 1, 2019, and is also Certified Naturally Grown.
