Fischer's Honey is the largest and oldest honey processing and packing plant in Arkansas, founded in 1935 by Raymond Fischer who began extracting honey in his kitchen. The brand produces 100% pure, raw, and unfiltered honey that is sustainably produced and sold nationwide through grocery stores and Amazon.
The Beekeeper's Story
Raymond Fischer started extracting honey in his kitchen in 1935 as a hobby beekeeper. Word quickly spread among neighbors about the quality of his local, raw, unfiltered honey, and the business grew from the kitchen to the basement, to the garage, and finally to the first honey plant in the late 1930s. The company has since undergone four plant expansions and is now the largest and oldest honey processing and packing plant in Arkansas. Fischer's bottles honey sourced from beekeepers across the United States — including Arkansas, Mississippi, Texas, and as far north as the Dakotas — and distributes it to grocery stores and online customers nationwide. The company was eventually sold to a Texas-based beekeeper partner, though operations have remained in North Little Rock, Arkansas. In addition to their flagship raw honey blends, Fischer's also offers infused honeys (vanilla, cinnamon, lemon) and USDA Certified Organic honey sourced from Brazil. Their motto is 'From Our Hives to Your Table®.'
